The images in the galleries are free to download for personal use as desktop wallpaper. You are free to distribute a limited number of copies to friends and family as long as you don't charge them for it and make no alterations to the original image. You can print a single copy of one my images for personal use. Please note that downloading these images to your hard drive does not make you the owner. As the creator of this site I own copyright to all of its content. These rights are protected under International Copyright Laws. Like my images and want to use them on your own (non-commercial) personal website, please send me an e-mail telling me which image you want to use and what for. Also provide me with a link to the page you want to put it on so that I can check whether you site is non-commercial. As long as you don't have an answer consider permission to be denied. If you don't send me a link to your page I won't even consider giving you permission!

Should I decide to grant you permission, place a link to my site close to the image in such a way that the relationship between the two is clear. You are not permitted to make any alterations to the original image such as crop, cut and paste other images onto the original or use (parts) of the image to create your own. Do not use my images to create animations, screensavers or presentations. Any work incorporating my images is an infringement of my copyright. When using my images on a personal (non-commercial) website, make sure that the "GreyScape" watermark in the lower left corner is kept in tact. No alterations are to be made to my images. Use of my images without an link to my site is not permitted. Any images used should always show the "GreyScape" watermark in the lower left corner of the image.

If you want to use my images commercially, either on the web or in print, you will need my written consent. I will not give permission for commercial use of my images through e-mail!

When linking to my page do not "hotlink" directly to the image but create a link to the home page of this site so that it is clear that the images comes from my site.

Copyright to all content on this site is held by me (Michiel Bakker). This includes the layout of the pages, all texts and all images (excluding fonts and scripts). You are permitted to use it only on the terms and conditions mentioned above. When in doubt ask!
